Rock the Block would not be possible without our many partners and sponsors.  Today we are pleased to introduce @JunkKingCincinnati.  Junk King has been a partner for almost a decade now. The partnership started in our @ReStores with donations from their recycling center and last year evolved into a Rock the Block Sponsorship.  You may have noticed their big red dumpsters on our sites! We are thrilled to be partnering with an organization who believes in re-distributing and re-purposing household items at an affordable price that helps eliminate waste in the landfills. Jack Brendamour, CEO of Junk King says “The Rock the Block Event provides an opportunity for Junk King and others to partner with Habitat for Humanity to help out and be a face in the community we all serve.” 

We are one of the 47 organizations that Junk King supports in the Cincinnati, Covington, Dayton, and Louisville markets. Brendamour said that most of their connections have been made because someone in their organization was involved with an organization they support.  He also shared that their new administrative, Julie said that Junk King’s connection with Habitat Cincinnati was a contributing factor to her joining the Junk King Team!
