ReStore Assistant Manager
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for one or more of our ReStore locations. ReStores are retail outlets that sell new and used appliances, building products, furniture, and household items to generate funding for our nonprofit home building ministry.

Store hours are Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM.
Compensation for the position is based on experience and includes a benefits package. A drug test and criminal/sex offender background checks are required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, store operations, managing the point of sale system, store safety, hiring, training, scheduling, merchandising, pricing, security, managing staff and volunteers, lifting/moving heavy items, and opening and closing the store. Operating a truck may also be required to occasionally assist with donation pickups, which requires a Department of Transportation physical, but not a Commercial Driver License. The position will also require excellent customer service skills as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, donors, volunteers, and staff. This position requires hard goods retail and merchandising experience.
Ability to stand/walk the majority of the shift and repeatedly bend, squat & climb in/out of a box truck
Must be able to lift 70 lbs.
Must have the ability to use dollies, hand carts, and other devices to move and/or lift donated items
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to read & speak English
