Botany Hills (Covington)
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati is working with The City of Covington to build 9 homes in the Botany Hills neighborhood in Covington. These are our first builds in Northern Kentucky in about 6 years. Located just north of Devou Park, these homes will be located less than 2 miles from the Covington Business District offering new homeowners many nearby opportunities for employment, entertainment, and recreation.

These homes are sponsored by the Pope Leo Village campaign.
About the homes:
-
8 homes on John Street and one home on Parkway Ave.
-
Construction is currently underway and will continue through 2026.
-
All of the homes will be built on infill lots where historic homes once stood.
-
Because each lot is unique, our architecture team has worked to select models that suit each lot.
-
All the homes have at least 3 bedrooms and will be both one- and two-story homes.
-
Two of the homes will be adjoined to form a duplex.
-
Like all the homes we build, these models were selected to compliment the style and characteristics of other homes in the neighborhood.
