Habitat for Humanity of Greater Cincinnati will open their first application period for homes in their brand-new Oxford development, Clarence Place. 

We  will begin accepting applications for 11 homes in Phase I of the development starting Sunday, May 10, 2026, through Friday, May 29, 2026. Applications can be submitted by downloading the application from https://www.habitatcincinnati.org/buy-a-home and submitting by mail or in person.
