2024

First neighborhood development project is completed – Reckford Woods.

From 2010 to 2024, Habitat built a development in Oxford, OH consisting of 20 single-family homes. This project began pre-merger and was initiated by Tri-State Habitat. The development was built on a farm property headed for foreclosure. With rent prices being higher in Oxford than in surrounding communities, many needed more sustainable housing options that Habitat was able to provide.
