As the housing crisis persists, HFHGC looks into innovative solutions to expand their reach. HFHGC set their first modular home in Latonia Lakes, KY as a pilot to see if this is a potential way for Habitat to scale their mission in the region. They partnered with Neighborhood Builds Modular to learn more about modular builds and to help set the home in its permanent location.
